Rumor: Suzanne Collins Spotted in Atlanta

Was Suzanne Collins spotted in Atlanta? Well, that’s the rumor. According to Access Atlanta…

“The Hunger Games” sequel “Catching Fire” will be filming in Atlanta and beyond, and members of the cast already have been spotted a few times.

Josh Hutcherson, who plays Peeta, was loading up on household supplies at a Target the other day while Liam Hemsworth, who plays Gale, posed for this nice photo outside the Atlantic Station Meehan’s recently. Thanks to Lindsey Bowers for sending the picture!

Hemsworth spent time in Atlanta earlier this year on a tour to promote the first “Hunger Games” movie.

Series author Suzanne Collins also made the trip South. She was spotted dining at Lure not long ago.

We’re told “Catching Fire” will film a huge scene at the Georgia World Congress Center but that filming will take place outside of metro Atlanta, too.
